My poem thingie

The days speed by

I see that you and I

Have no chance of forever

Though I still like to deny

I can't believe it's happening

That your letting the days pass by

I know it's not your fault

But all I think to ask is why?

Why do you have to leave me

In the time I need you most?

Why do you have to go away

When I lust to hold you close?

If you must leave, I'll leave with you

If you die, well, I'll die too

I'll see you in heaven, where we'll unite

And hold each other throughout the night

    great poem. You know, I noticed that you commented on my story, "Sunsets" and I thought I'd stop by finally to read some of your stuff. I love this poem. I feel exactly the way you do. it's so touching and I'm very impressed. great job
