They think they can overpower me
They reckon they can bring me down

I do my best to defend the weaker
Protect them from that slime

Every time they get their way in things

Can't let them succeed
I'm not gunna step aside

For the right and true
If they think I'll be a pushover
Another doormat to walk on
Just another victim in the crowd
Boy are they wrong
They can push me and shove me to the ground
I'll always get back up again
I'm gonna spring back from every attack
I'll never bow to them
I'm never gonna stop my fighting
Gotta do what I gotta do
I'll always be a green at heart
Never turnin blue

I did it after some asswads at school pissed me off and I nearly ended up smackin' them in the face! (Would've if there weren't that many witnesses 
)

Not sure what "the meaning" of this is, but I do know that it stands on its own as an excellent piece of verse.
