Chapter 10 Replenish the Stocks1
The next night the club raid, planned on the biker’s club house was to be at 3am.2
The alarm panel again active in the control room. Raised Tony and Knuckles, this time both, on their way smoking tyres. As they arrived they noticed two Asians about twenty year old climbing into a White Honda, THE Honda. They ‘flew’ off, narrowly missing Tony, out of the driveway, at high speed. They had not planned on Hammer Hilmer and his 9mm Glock, who should be waiting for them.3
During the volley of shots exchanged an Asian, Billy Ying, had been shot through the side of the throat, ripping his carotid artery completely out 3mm from his collar. He literally pumped dry, as he fell. 4
Knuckles Knowles and Tony race into the club calling Hammer’s name. He was behind the new brick bar. No broken beer pipes this time. No lost drugs no damaged property. Just one very dead Asian and a few scattered bullet holes in the walls. 5
“We better dump this piece of rubbish someplace”, said Tony, who was still flaming over the near miss.6
They brought the old van around the front and loaded the body into the van, carried it off to Yarra Bay and left it against a headstone in the cemetery.7
Chapter 11 Find and Follow-Up8
An older local resident who was walking his dog found the body about six-thirty that morning. He almost fainted as he saw 9
the damage to the young man’s neck and how much blood was on the man’s shirt and jumper. He walked as fast as he could, over to the security office, on the old Refinery, to alert the Police. 10
They arrive at the scene. The forensic team called to check the body. It is very quickly decided that the male had been shot, by what appeared a hand gun, at another place and after death, owing to the lack of any trace of blood anywhere near the corpse. It had been dumped here ‘post mortem’. The Police attending, Botany’s Division.11
Mark Reilly came on shift at 7 am as part of the ‘hand-over’ was informed of the corpse found at the Botany Cemetery and that he had been shot through the throat by what appears to have been a hand gun. Mark’s thoughts went straight to his old schoolmates. He knew their club had been raided by Asians, he knew of the registration ‘ASP00N’. He knew of the earlier attack on the club. They were a bad bunch of mongrels but not THAT bad. He HAD to pass on what he knew about his friend, he IS 12
really, an honest cop and always has been. 13
He needs to clear up what affectively he, himself, may have started.14
A Police raid was mounted on his information and through Police back-up intelligence, on the Rough Rabble club house. No drugs were found, as after the raid on their club, they would temporarily be stored elsewhere. What was found was a locked, prescribed, safe containing four pistols, one of which is Hammer’s Glock 9mm automatic. 15
The automatic, the only one, showing signs of being recently fired was taken in as evidence. The forensics division found blood which showed, was missed in a recent clean-up, by the use of domestic bleaches. A scraping taken into evidence. Statements revealed that Hammer was the only person on site when these three intruders had actually broken in, the previous night. 16
A brief investigation followed. The police assess they have the fired gun, Hammer Hilmer’s, the 9mm hole in the victim’s throat, the victim’s blood on the club house floor, Hammer Hilmer only person on site during the attack on the premises.17
Hammer was arrested and formally charged with having murdered Tsu Tse (Billy) Ying. 18
Chapter 12 The New Leader 19

His initiation requires he is to knee-cap a rival gang member. The Blue Bandit’s leader from Parramatta, a ‘Leb’ gang leader. Sources give his location Harris Park bottle shop. Yee is fearless, as was his former, he climbs out of his new car, THE Honda, strolls casually up to Abdul Assis draws his 9mm Glock and simply blows his rival’s left patella clean off.21
Police receive report of gunshot injury at Harris Park race to find injured male in nearby clinic awaiting ambulance transportation to Westmead Hospital. He has been heavily sedated, by the doctor in the clinic. Police attempt to interview the victim but he did not see anything. 22
Police grill this semi-conscious male until the ambulance arrives.. Nothing.23
I will NOT lay charges on this man. (Knowing he and others will later issue the wrath of Ala upon this infidel) 24
A witness in the take-away shop.25
“He was a tall man looked Asian and was seen by me. I saw he get into a white Honda Civic. The registration number was ‘ASP00N’ ”.26
Chapter 13 Pursuit and Capture27
Jo Yee leaves his victim and casually commences his drive to their new club house in Rainbow Street Randwick, as he pays his toll at the toll both on the M4, his car description has been picked up by an over zealous Highway Patrol.28
He spins his car and exploding into a wheel spinning, 29
engine howling pursuit. Whilst negotiating some high speed stunt driving called for back-up.30
The Honda was stopped just past the Silverwater Road off ramp. The police officer immediately relayed this fact through his transceiver to base. The police officer expecting the worst, as could possibly be, p.a. calls the for the driver to step out of the car with his empty hands in full view at all times. and walk around to the rear of the vehicle.31
He is then summoned to spread his feet wide and lay his open palms on the boot of the car. He watched the possible offender concur with each of his requests. 32
From inside his vehicle the police officer continued with his demands. “lay face down on the road behind your vehicle with your hands extended above your head forming a “V” and spread your feet wide.33
Less than two minutes passed and the second police vehicle arrived. It was an Holden Rodeo van which had been on street patrolling the Auburn and Silverwater area.34
The Rodeo drove up, passed the captured Honda and stopped. One officer alighted the passenger side and slowly, with hand on35

his issued firearm, stood just out of full target of any possible concealed inhabitants in the vehicle. A challenge to the vehicle issued any persons within vehicle ”A S P 0 0 N” step out of the vehicle to the passenger side leaving your hands in full view at all times. 37
With this, a female stepped out of the heavily tinted vehicle into full view of the second office of the van. She also was told to stand prone over the side off the vehicle. The highway patrol officer and the standing office could clearly see both occupants of the Honda.38
The standing officer then cautiously keeping his eyes fixed inside the Honda stepped forward to inspect the inside of the vehicle. As he approached the female, he could clearly see the Honda was clear of occupants. He then beckoned the driver of the the Rodeo to check the inside of the Honda.39
With this the Highway Patrol office who had his firearm at the ready to shoot at anything that moved inside the Honda, radioed in to base to suspects in custody. 40
He then stepped out of his vehicle to assist in the checking of the vehicle, the cuffing of the pair of suspects and while telling them both of the reason for their loss of freedom helped, search them, then load them into the van’s cage.41
In the vehicle they found a small quantity of ‘Pink ladies’, two very small plastic bags of a powdery substance and a recently fired 9mm Glock automatic pistol.42
The male now known as Jo Yee was charged with possession of an unregistered firearm and possession of illicit substances. They were both taken to Auburn Police Station where charges were laid. A very short visit was had in the establishment, before a very astute Barrister had them released, 43

Chapter 14 Spotted and Snotted46
During his early morning Rethmann’s garbage contract run, Shovel, one of the ‘brothers’ spotted the Honda. He immediately mobile phoned Tony to tell him of his find. Less than twenty minutes later Tony, who is a ‘Sales Executive” was parked less than a hundred metres from the Honda and waited for the driver to leave the Healthfood Shop at Peter’s Corner to drive back to Rainbow Street Randwick and the new club house. 47
The driver MUST be one cocky mongrel, he didn’t even think to check or even appear worried at all, that he may have been followed.48
He had it, the location of the new club. The brothers 49
would have another ‘field day’. Nobody but absolutely nobody screws with the Rough Rabble. That night , a Tuesday night, they sat in two vans and Tony’s station wagon and waited to see if any of these smart arses would arrive. Tony had been just down the road ‘on and off’ for most of the day. 50
He had seen the driver of the Honda, who appeared to have a small shoulder holstered revolver and an airlines bag, climb into his car and take off. 51
Tony suspected, to do some more distribution of his and possibly their, tiger tablets.52
Eleven p.m. Obviously none of these horrible little mongrels will be back tonight.53
“What a ‘crying shame’. Doesn’t matter,I suppose,” says Tony to Knuckles, Shovel, and all the brothers, except of course for Hammer, who was rotting in the cells, waiting for his trial. This, while the coppers beg, borrow, steal, or manufacture evidence to54

lock the brother away. 56
“Let’s all trash the stinking rat hole anyway. Those mongrels might get the message there not bloody well’ welcome here ”. They smash in the front door, the alarm system starts screaming. They go straight in. 57
Hammer’s best mate, Tony, tries one final time to find his Luger. The Luger. He goes straight into what seems to be the office area, starts prying and ripping and tearing anything that looks like it could hold anything of the same size as the gun. 58
Success.59
He also finds a large stash of ‘Pink ladies’ which are in a wall cavity, disturbed, when the filing cabinet dislodged the covering tile. 60
“Torch the bloody’ place, burn ‘em right out, nick ‘em off!” 61
