You met Mick! That is friggin' awesome. He was at a show here in the states, helluva nice guy and a pretty funny writer. Anywhoo I definately feel your motto. I play sounding board to quite a few people. Oddly enough most people don't listen; they just wait for a pause to add their two cents.

As for the quote, it makes you think about how many times we all just wait to give our opinion, without really listening at all. I know Im guilty of it sometimes!

Lol! That is a great motto! I just wish more people could live by this... Reminds me of what a teacher used to say "A dumb person can also be regarded as a genius as long as he doesn't open his mouth to reveal his IQ"
