Clouds- Full moon stalker

( Part Eleven)

Six days had passed since Milloe had walked into her life. Only three of those days had they spent together. Now on the seventh day of their friendship, Marishka wanted to take things one step further. She felt safe with Milloe, a safeness that could not be explained, and yet she felt it and knew it was their. The clouds had formed in the sky itself, through not blocking the suns warmth at all. Marishka could feel it's warth as she sat on the door step waiting for Milloe to arrive.

They had arranged to go have coffee at an old fashioned dine in just out of town, a favourite place of Milloe's, one that she loved to stop in and dine in on most days. It had initially been Marishka's idea, though at first she rejected it at once, sounding stupid, her words had been as such, an offer for a drink, she remembered looking back on the day, knowing that Milloe's reaction was more than fair. Then came the topic of the dine in, and a taste for coffee rather than some bitter alcohol. Marishka had smiled at the proposal, feeling some what relieved to be, being offered another choice rather than the bottle. So she said yes, hoping that this would be what she needed, though after saying goodbye she wondered if their was another way, was coffee going to fast. She was sure Milloe knew what she was doing, and yet in spite of her attempts to see the light, Marishka had other idea's on her mind.

The warm morning sn glowed on her face, as she looked at her watch. Just past sunrise, a change, she had never been up this early in her life. She could see Milloe in the distance, her figure slowly creeping into the light. When she reached her she smiled, looking into Marishka's tired eyes. "Not a morning person I see " she laughed pulling her scarf around her neck. Marishka stood up swinging her arms back and forth and looked at Milloe.

"What's wrong" Milloe asked seing the seriousness in Marishka's eyes. Marishka looked across at the vacant park. She turned back to Milloe, stepping onto the footpath. "Do you want to go watch some clouds?".

"Do you dream Marishka" Milloe asked , resting her head on the soft green grass. It had gone on 7:00, they had dat their for an our in silence, just watching the clouds. "Of course I dream" Marishka said leaning her head on Milloe's shoulder. " What do you dream about". Marishka thought about the weird dream she had been having before they met, she was sre that it felt real, but was it, things like that were impossible, were'nt they.

"Where did you go just then" Milloe said twisting her head to block the sunlight from Marishka's eyes. "What do you mean by that". "I mean where did your mind just go, just then, what where you thinking". Marishka smiled and stared at the clouds. "I was thinking about how my dreams have changed since I met you". Milloe nodded " Go on".

"Well before I met you, I always had dark dreams about murder, pain and blood, but now, now I dream of the ocean and the clouds, all clear and calm, its just so.." "Peacefull Milloe said stroking Marishka's hair. She nodded. "Do you know what dreaming of clouds and the oceans means Marishka?". Marishka shook her hreas, she had no idea. She didn't really think much about what her dreams meant, she just drempt, and she couldn't controll them.

"Well if the ocean is calm and tranquil, then it suggest you have come to terms with an issue or feeling and you can expect easier times ahead, as for clouds, if you have seen them bright and transparent with the sun shining through them, you will succed after trouble has been your companion". Marishka sat up, propping herself on her elbows. "How do you know all this". Milloe smiled, running a hand across Marishka's soft warm face. "Beacause I love to dream".

Marishka smiled lying back down, resting her head on Milloe's chest. "Milloe can I tell you something" Marishka asked slipping her hand through Milloe's. "Yes of course , anything, you should know that". Marishka looked up at the sun, thinking of how happy she had become since she had met Milloe. Was this the time, was their ever a right time to say...

" Milloe I love you". Milloe sat up, Marishka lifted her head, leaning againts the tree. "Are you sure it's not a fabrication of an attraction towards me". Marishka shook her head, tears streaming down her face. "It's not a fabrication, it's a feeling, I really do love you".

    New direction?

It seems like the story has taken a new direction. Now it appears that Marishka and Milloe are going to get involved. Maybe they already are. Is Marishka no longer to be a queen of the vampires, or whatever type of queen she was? Interesting change in the story.
