Serena arrived at her apartment to see Jason sitting in the dark on her sofa. She wasn't surprised. "What took you so long angel."
She slammed her bag on the table. "I'll soon be off to a friend's...so make it quick." she said coldly.
"Its about our earlier proposal."
"I said forget about it!" Serena almost yelled. "Not in a million years!"
"That's not so long for angels." Jason grinned boyishly.
"Funny" Serena smirked. Turning away from him to switch on the lights. His features in the darkness was highly yet surprisingly seductive. He moved close behind her. "Sure I can't change your mind about our proposal?"
She turned right around and looked him straight in the eye. "Positive."
He sighed and stepped back. "You leave me no choice angel...”
He perched by her window. "That cute lil girl you stopped to say hi to on your way to work." he looked at her. "Adorable isn't she?"
"You followed me?...you *bunny*!" .
"I'm a Demon its what I do. " He said indifferently. "As for our proposal, you might wanna start considering it ...if you want to see more of that sweet little girl."
Serena welled up with anger. "Are you threatening me?." She walked towards him gravely. "You hateful *bunny*! How dare you!" She charged at him, burning with Rage, furiously hitting at him. Why was she so angry? Or was it anger she felt?, or was she just terribly hurt..
Jason was stunned for a while. She was hitting him. She was actually hitting at him. Ofcourse her wild blows had no physical effect on him but he had never seen Serena so angry. "Stop! Serena Stop it!" He finally gained hold of himself and grabbed hold of her. "Listen to me!" He looked into her eyes as he held her by the shoulders. "I don't wanna hurt you, but if you push me into doing something hurtful to you. I will. I'm a Demon, but it doesn’t change the way I feel about you." He looked down at her, she was starring up at him, her beautiful brown eyes, starry and wide, her face expression was blank.
Jason stared at her. He had never been this close to Serena since they were angels. He felt some kind of feeling or emotion coming over him, one he had been fighting for months but this time it was so strong... His hands shifted down to her waist. He pulled her closer to him as he bent his head bringing he's lips to hers. She responded ever so passionately, ever so longingly. Inviting his tongue into hers. He kissed her even deeply. He knew then, that he really wanted her.
Serena's hand lifted and encircled his neck as she stroked his jet-black hair. His kiss and sent some bolt of electricity right through her, She had to hang on to him sustain her balance.
Suddenly, the loud blast of a car horn interrupted their moment of passion. Their kiss abruptly stopped. Serena backed away straightening herself. "That’s Monica.." She muttered. "I have to go."
"Serena wait. " He looked at her hopefully. "Our deal...you gotta accept it."
"I'm sorry Jason." She said firmly. "I can’t. I never will."
Jason left her apartment. He was terribly puzzled and confused as he watched Serena go off in her friend’s porch car from the top of a building. He really didn't want to hurt her.
"Did she agree?". A deep voice from behind him muttered. He turned around. It was Veldegro. A Stronger superior demon. "No" He turned back to gaze after Serena. "Well then you know what you have to do. Kill the little girl."
"Can't we just give her another chance? She might come around." Jason had to ask even though he knew the answer to that.
"Instructions are Instructions!" Veldegro said firmly. "Kill the girl tonight, you're the one who brought up this Serena case at the DFS, you know what you have to do."
Jason sighed sadly. "Yes.” He knew what he had to do. He didn't even want to think about the effect this would have on Serena as flew off to perform the dreadful task.

Oh--that's so sad and just awful.... but totally in character with demonic forces. I'm enjoying the story very much. Serena must be so confused, even so much that she instigated the kiss. Perhaps she's a little naive when it comes to how far Jason has fallen. Great work.

Again, Coolness.
It was better than the last chapter but, again, not as good as the first. One of my major pet peeves is when somebody uses the word "starred" or "starring" when they actually mean "stared" or "staring". I absolutely cannot stand it so please fix that. Also, I sort of expected that he was going to take the girl and that when Serena wouldn't agree with his plan that he was going to have to kill her. Make it less obvious, for the sake of your readers. Great job and keep it up!
