Silent dances at Story write

Hello friends, family and the like. My name is Ople GLE and I have been on this website for several years by this point. Describe myself... I've never particularly been able to do this well, but I suppose to begin with I should say, I love to write. description is key to my writing and I try hard to follow the saying "show, don't tell". Writing is, indeed, on of my passions, although mainly I would say that my passion lies in the story telling itself as well as the power of words. Alos, I've become especially fond of mankind in general lately. It seems many disagree, but I love people very much in all their flaws and perfections. So, I guess you could call that my passion as well.

Religiously... Well, rather spiritually I am Christian. I believe in God and he and I have a pretty close relationship I think. However I am far from believing that is the only path. I believe that holiness and purity of the soul is relevent to the person and what they do rather than the God, Gods, Goddes or Goddesses that they worship. I believe that the Bible was written by man, deeming it-- not always wrong-- but less than trustworthy.

We all are strong, capible individuals. And it is hard sometimes, to remember this. Especially when you waver and jiggle and feel like toppling over. I am the happiest person there has ever been, and I thank this mentality which I am working to develope within myself. There is so much to learn in life... and I'm never sure even where to lay my basis for right and wrong, usually. Too much contradictions live in this world, but it is for the best. I love my life in all it's ups and downs. For my friends who are true and kind and make me smile all the time. I love-- with all my heart-- this imperfect world and all those wo inhabit it, becasue what else am I supposed to do with myself? I love its endless contradictions that never fail to inspire thought and never hesitate to offer knowledge, or wisdom, or exerience. And I love its never ending possibities.

I've had a rough night. It left me with a lot to say, and in saying it I am contented. Thank You all who chose to read this. It means a lot ^_^.

I just got done making my reader's log for Huckleberry Finn. As some of you may know, I read the book by itself and then make the reader's log based on what I read on sparknotes. This is a usueful tactic because it lets you enjoy the story and then it lets you make your own observasions you didn't think of before, it lets you go over your thoughts when you first began reading as opposed to when you finished and it lets you read more professional insite on the individual chapters or chapter gr...

I will tell you what, friends and readers, this book, more than any I've read in quite some time, makes me think.

Huckleberry thinks himself to be such trash, when really he is the wisest person in the whole dang story. I say he is because he has seen life in nearly every angle. He has seen it as an outcast, during the adventures of Tom Sawyer, he has seen it from being more accepted (having two Gods shoved into his face. A kind God--The Widow-- and a cruel one-- Mrs. Watson.) Then he saw it as a prisoner, when captured by his father. Then as a leader, when running away with Jim. He saw life as a follower when around Tom, and he eventually got to where he could see it through the eyes of a black man because of all the time he spent with Jim. He was a subject of Royalty and conning when around the king and the Duke, and he has had to be both a cunning liar and completely honest under certain occasions. He has seen good luck and bad luck and kindness and cruelty. And, the funny part is because of all this he thinks himself a sinner and stupid and worthless, but then, because of all this he is just the opposite.

It makes one look into our own life. What do we know, we've experienced so little. Have we fallen victim to the flow of society? Is there really any possible way of discerning right from wrong? Is the only way to do the right thing, to think that we are doing wrong in the face of man and God? Or are we just being arrogant, and naive? How much can we teach ourselves if it all based on what others have taught us?

It's all impossible, you know? All one can rely on is what is real. But I've come to find that reality is suspiciously fake. From what I have picked up from philosophers like Thoreau and Emmerson, what is natural is what is real. It is in the natural world alone that one can find answers from God and within yourself because you become one with nature and you become one with God and you become one with yourself and you be...
