List: Grey (working title)

A story about the importance of origins.

While little is known of the world's history, there is one thing that most accounts agree on: Once, at the technological peak of civilization, an unexplained catastrophe changed the entire face of the planet, killing billions. While nobody understands how this came about, it is said that six people with amazing abilities saved the world and its surviving populace, changing how the world worked in the process. Some say that for a time, these people answered the survivor's wishes, even gifting some with small powers of their own.. But eventually, they disappeared from the public eye altogether, sinking into legend. Close to five hundred years later, technology is a distant dream, and magic has become the new cornerstone of civilization. But who said that these mysterious saviors are gone for good? Or what plans they might have for the world they helped create...


Volume 1: Naivety (Parts 1-7) - A young man wakes up alone with no memory of his past or who he is, other than his name; Grey. This volume follows his attempt to learn more about himself, when he has no knowledge of how this strange world works. He manages to pick up a friend along the way, unaware that this friend may be more trouble than he seems.
