Title from the 1959 film "Some Like It Hot" about a jazz band. Plot inspired by the 2004 French film "La Premiere fois que j'ai eu 20 ans" also about a jazz band. I'd like to make this a screenplay someday.
"La Premiere fois que j'ai eu 20 ans" was a huge part of this story so, so as not to plagerise completely, I wrote this prologue. It has nothing to do with the original and, hopefully, makes this version stand on its own.
