Hiya! My name is Karen Borja. Sometimes people can't say my last name right, so please...don't strain yourself. I'm from the Northern Mariana Islands [google it up if you don't know where it is]. I wasn't much of a writer back then. I was usually more of a singer/artist as in drawing. But one day, I woke up and I just fell in love with writing creative stories. Fictional by the way. I just love it. I believe that everyone has a gift, and it's expressed in all different ways. Example: music is to singers and songwriters. Novels are to authors and more. Get it? I hope so. Okay, at times I'm just so random that I would say just about anything. So yeah....that's all I'm gonna say for now.
PEACE OUT!
oh...by the way: the last two stories that is the same [the ones that doesn't have any starting info on the story "Ahh! What a great it WOULD be to spend on the beach..." ignore the two on the bottom.] They are just the same, but I was new so I didn't know what I was doing. hehe
Thanks!!

AHH!!! What a great day it WOULD be to spend on the beach. Emphasis on the would, due to the fact that it is so crowded! The sun is out and the water is cool. Typical beach of Hawaii. But, it's winter break and that means: to1200 words, 3 comments, November 22, 2008

Welcome to the StoryWrite website!

It is also a place to sharpen your writing skills and display your creativity while being in a fun environment!

We have a new members group on the site. This group was set-up to show you how to post your work onto the site and to give you an understanding of how the reading/reviewing of your work actually happens. If you have not already done so, I would suggest you take a peek into this group and see how this process works:
New Members Group
Along with a new members group, we have a New Members Contest that is held every month. Come and check it out. The contest is open to any new member:

It is recommended that all new members to the site give serious consideration to joining a writing group as a method of assisting them in becoming an active member of the site. Most Storywrite members belong to groups to help them improve their writing skills, to socialize, talk about common interests or otherwise interact with other people of like mind. It is also a great place to make new friends and get helpful critiques.
