Hi, I not a kid, but a 36 yr old mom of a beautiful 13 yr old daughter who is WAY better at this than me, but I'm willing to give this a shot. I'm currently writing a novel, but in my spare time..I'll be writing in here. I LOVE to write poetry. I've been at it since childhood. However, now I am into short stories as well.
A little about myself...hmmm. Let's just keep it basic.
I'm married, work in a hospital, try to make time for my daughter who actually doesn't live with me. (long story) She is the light of my life - and the only thing I can really say I did right. She doesn't know the reaL ME. I'm sorry to say that's MY fault. I hope maybe with me writing in here, she can get to know the real me and read between the lines as to why I cannot express in actual words the way I feel. I tend to clam up or cry. It does me no good, or her for that matter. Wish it wasn't that way, but it is. She is by far my only reason for living and I hope to one day regain her trust and respect. Peace!!
