I had a good day.
I've recently started planning my days, so I will not forget anymore. I brushed my teeth, washed my face, and took a shower. I remembered to lotion, which is good because I do not have any ashy spots, but my skin is still dry looking. I searched for exercise videos and came across a belly dance routine on youtube. Thirty minutes of any dance is good. I ate a healthy breakfast and made egg salad for lunch but I overate. I had an egg salad sandwich, cheesy twists, pb&j, an apple with pb, and 6 mini pretzels. I'll cut back on dinner. Michael and I played badminton with his mother and brother. He doesn't like losing, which makes him a sore sport and a loser. I talked to my mom and dad and finished a test in English. In about 10 minutes, Michael and I are going for a daily walk and calling the town doctor to schedule an appointment for a physical, so I can start be able to apply for a work permit.
