It Can't Wait

April 13, 2009:

Okay, I'm having a lot of problems with stress, but my one friend has gotten herself and me into an awful situation. I need some help of what to do.

My friend and I were chatting on Facebook on night. She told me that she was in love, so I immidietly congratulated her and asked her who the special person was. When she said that I wouldn't know him, I pressed again for the answer. Finally, she admitted that he was a seventeen year old from Minnesota and that she met him online. I was shocked and though that she was joking. She went on to say that she had given him her real phone number. When I brought up the idea that he might be a stalker, she brushed it off and said that she 'completely trusted him'. I asked her again, what if, and she said that he sent pictures of himself. I was horrified. She said that her parents didn't know about him, and then logged off after making me swear that I wouldn't tell anyone.

So here are my two options:

1) I tell her parents or my parents and she ends up hating me but is safe.

2) I don't tell anyone and she is happy, but there is a possibilty that she could get killed.

Please, guys, I need help with this. I've been an emotional wreck. I can't contact her, for she is always logged off. Please. I don't want to be too late.
