Today we got our dog wormed, micro-chipped, and he got his shots. We found out that he is negative for heartworms, although he may have intestinal parasites that they won't find until Monday (The 23rd). We brought him home and he decided to be very stubborn, a trait he is very good at. He decided that whenever I (the person he mostly submits to) leave the room, he would misbehave, so I stood behind a box and whenever he misbehaved, I would pop up and stare at him until he stopped (he did). My parents went to the pet store and got him a new collar/harness, a tag, and some new food. He decided that he likes my room (which he is not supposed to go into, except at night when he is in his crate).

I have always liked to believe that I have a Muse. I like to think that without my Muse I could have never achieved the talent (more or less) that I have in writing. Today was the day, we got the dog. We ended up naming him Copper (not Cooper). He looks to be housebroken, or at least he doesn't find interest in relieving himself inside our house. He seems to take to me more than any more of the family.on Mar 22 9:53 AM, → Make first comment?

I found out that I am getting a dog. He is a cute little beagle, and my parents want to call him Cooper. Whenever my mom says Cooper, everyone thinks she says Goober.
