This is just a little rant....
I was going through the forum out of pure boredom. On one of the topics, they were bashing the young people on this site. Okay... Just because I'm only 15 does not mean that i have to write like this:
OMG MAH DEYH WAZ SOOOOOOOOO X-CELLENT 2DAY!!!!!!!!!!! CHAD TTLY NOTICD MEH!!!!!!! IT WAZ SOOOOOOOOOO KEWEL AN X-CELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE IZ SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUET!!! I LUV HIM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH AN IF I DINT HAVE IM I WOOD DYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG WTF!!!!
Yes, I admit, some people of my age group do write like this... but not all of us. I am really serious about my writing career, okay? Just because I'm not as old as some of the people here does not in any way, mean that I am not here for writing. I am not, nor have I been on here for 'the social atmosphere' or to be a poser, or to share my personal life all over the internet.
So a little advice...
Don't run your mouths, especially if you have no idea what your talking about. Some of you people may be older, but that does NOT make you a better writer, and some of us may be younger, but that does NOT mean that we are any less of writers than you.
Thank you for listening to a stupid little rant from a stupid little teenager, who is on here solely to make friends...

Carly, I completely agree, I am younger than you, and therefore treated even worse than that. I honestly think the adults are stooped down to our level when they whine about EVERYTHING Us teens do. And honestly, half of the adults on this site could pass for 16 year olds with how immature they are, therefore age not applying to any people on this site. it is just stupid. Plus, teens writing skills are at their highest point at their age. Our stories are pretty much equal in quality, so they have no reason to call us all stupid. We are all here for different reasons, whether it be for private messages and personal, whining about out lives or not. People should just learn to be descent around one another

You are not stupid at all!! It is wrong for anyone to "bash" young people. First of all, we were all there at one time, and secondly, young people can have wise and substantive things to say. Not to mention their poetry is so often refreshingly wonderful!
