It's been awhile since I wrote a blog. I have had a rollarcoaster week. If you guys read my last blog than you know I was one a all time high. I guess that high can only last for so long. So here is a quic update of the quirky lifestyle that I live. Starting with two weekends ago:
About a week ago, me and my friends went out to eat at Fridays. It was about fifteen of us, and we all had a blasts. We shared appetizers, ate cheeseburgers, and dinned of delightful deserts. I even got to sit next to the guy I'm smitten with (yes again I use the word smitten) We were flirting a lot, and everyone around us knew it too. It's a little bit nerve racking, but they are my best friends so I wasn't too nervous.
Anyway, so the night was good. We ate, we talked, we laughed, and we smitten.
The rest of the weekend was spent with my family. It was pretty nice. My grandma turned seventy so we had a surprised birthday party for her. She loved it.
Knowing that my good streak could only last so long, I found out Sunday that my Uncle comminted suicide about two weeks ago. He shot himself in the head. He left behind a twelve year old daughter and wife. My mother was broken to pieces. I was being a prick to her earlier that day because I didn't want to go to the church. Finding out later why she was so distraught in the first place.
At first I cried because I have never had a close member of my family to die. But than I became angry, because in my eyes suicide is a cop out on life. It's a selfish way to get out of a problem.
So the majority of last week was filled with ups and downs concerning the death in my family. My drug adict uncle came up this week, and he looks horrible. This is the worst I have ever seen him. I think the drugs have finally caught up with him.
I figured the highlight of my week would be Valentines Day. It was supposed to be a couple thing and I was excited. We were going to the movies. Plus it was a four day weekend, which only means a chill weekend.
To my surprise, Valentines Day went from a couple date to a all single girlfriends date. My smitten friend could not make it...which is ok he made up for it later on. Anyway this little date consist of two of my best girlfriends and my brother, which wasn't too bad...But the problem is the girl who nobodys likes but constantly clings herself to my group of friends basically invited herself. We tried to explain, hey you weren't invited and that you are not are friend
But she is always there....ALWAYS there. She ruined my Valentines Day weekend by being a complete downer, annoying, clingy, and would not shut the hell up.
I know I sound like an asshole, but I don't like her.
Oh yeah we went to go see Slumdog Millionare which by the way was ecstatic. One of the best movies I seen in awhile, I mean there is a reason why it's nominated for so many awards this year.
The only thing, it is not a movie to go see on Valentines Day....
