Rantings of an injured girl.... xD

'Kay. Don't think anyone wants to read this, except for maybe the ones I metioned that this happened. but oh well. Btw, I pretty ticked off, so don't judge meh. ^_~
So, I screwed up my arm. Not that bad, but it hurts like someone stabbing it. How did I get it? Because my coach freakin' wanted me to serve the freakin' volleyball over the net HER way. Which is, open handed, bringing your arm back and thenbasically hitting/pushing the ball over. It works for her, sure, but I've always been better with my fists, and serving with my left side forward. So, I do it her way all day, and it falls short, BIG TIME. What do they tell me? That I'm not hitting it hard enough. They said the form was good until the hit. WHAT THE HECK?! THE FORM IS THE ONE TRIPPIN' ME UP!!!!!
So i did it thier way cause I was tired of them telling me to do otherwise. Then it started to hurt like heck and they start yelling at me cause they thought I was pitching an attitude. I try to explain, and they go, "Smile! No, stop! Stop it with the attitude!" and crap like that. So I put up the ball and did whatever the heck they wanted from me. At the end of practice, my serving arm hurts a little, alot less from before. I wake up the next morning, it still hurts, but not bad. Not until I was warming up my arm did it start to hurt heck again. I thought maybe I didn't stretch it right or overstretched it. Then when I started serving, it was like someone was stapping me everytime I served. And they fell short. I used to be able to get ten serves over near the end of the time limit, none went over. So, I'm pissed, and she makes me do a punishment excercise cause I can't do something because she wants me to do it her way.
Now, I'm going to have to miss practive for a week. And no doubt she'll pitch a fit about it. my dad wants to report this to the principle, but it won't work. Its happened before. but we reported her nephew. I think thats where all this started. I would really tell her what's up like everyone else seems to do but she scares the heck out of me. T_T Which is really annoying if you both don't get along.
So yeah.... I ticked.... and my arm still freaking HURTS!!!!
