New Name and Face

Just letting everyone know, I changed my name and face.

The new name? Yo amor tù siempre. (AP wouldn't let me put the special character over the "U" though. Grrr.) It is Spanish for "I love you always."

I just really like it. I may go back to Starlight-Owl, but for now I am yo amor tù siempre. Obviously there is a new picture as well. Enjoy.

(If I decide I dislike this one, I may change it to atrophy next time. It's my new favorite word.)

Thoughts anyone?

**siempre**

Question: What's the difference between a Column and a Journal? They seem the same to me.

      Thanks.

I don't really think there is one to be honest. Except that you make make a journal see-able to all, your friends, or just you. You can't do that with columns though.

I love it! I was gonna ask you what it meant, but thank goodness for explanations! I like names and phrases in different languages. I always did like Starlight-Owl, though.

I like Starlight-Owl, too. I may go back to that. I'm not sure yet. Maybe I'll take a poll or hold a contest.

Wow. You might be one of the few. (Does that make you old? Just kidding.) Thanks. I like it to. My new favorite Spanish phrase. It's really fun to say.

Thoughts : i like it... but I know the grammar of it is wrong.
You have a totally literal translation.

what it should be is " Te amo siempre"

hehe I had my spanish exam today....

Oh. I know. I just like this one better. Literal works for me. I took a year of Spanish in a semester. I got an A, but learned nothing. However, I did learn how to use a translator. I really just liked the literal translation best.

Lucky. I got a 93, but it was an online class. ICK!

Most of the time it does work. Sometimes it doesn't though, or it gives alternate words. Really annoying.

Ick. Even if I had put it right, AP wouldn't let me use it. My laptop was acting up though.

      • You noticed that too, eh? But iz okay. Literal translation helps those who took Spanish many years ago and have forgotten most of it, like yours truly. I've moved on to Japanese.
        スパイン語と日本語を話します。日本語は大好きですよ。
Dunno if any of that's legible, but it's supposed to say: "I speak Spanish and Japanese. I love Japanese!"
Or, more literally, "Supaingo to nihongo wo hanashimasu. Nihongo wa daisuki desuyo." Doesn't make as much sense to me (or look as cool) unless I see the characters, though.

I'm such a grammar freak. I"M SORRY AMANDA!
There's a reason I want to go into English. I'm just good with languages.
but I gave the appropriate translation... I guess I'll just have to be bothered Serves me right for being so picky lol
