thinking again

What would one have to do to be concidered 'bad'. Is it additude, action, speech, or all of the listed? I've been described as 'bad'. By all of these, but never at the same time, or same reason. But I don 't think of myself as a bad person. I'm pretty likable infact. I can make friends with anyone. It's keeping them that's hard. I don't know what factor of my personailty changes people's opionion of me. I help, I hurt. I do what comes to me. If someone falls I help them up. Some one makes me mad, I retaliate. Some of my friends told me in their own words that I'm a good person, I just do bad things. I think of myself as an optimistic pessimist. I wonder if that's the same thing.
