Yeah, I know, I know. I promised to write at least a page a day in my last journal. But it's not easy to do when both of your computers crash and you lose all of your book manuscripts and a word program to write with. 1

It's times like these that make me seriously wonder if God is trying to tell me something. If you would like to comment on that, be my guest.2

So I'm trying to write as fast as I can. Be patient.3

In other news, I've joined the Society of Creative Anarchronism! Or just SCA. I'm a fencer now, and with real swords, but am planning to join the foam sword group, known as boffer. This makes me happy.4

But the cost of fencing equipment does not. We're looking at, like, 250 bucks. That's a lot of work for me to do. But I'll do it anyway. Oh, well. 5

So, yeah. I kind of have a new idea for a new fantasy novel with real human characters, but I'm not sure how groundbreaking or different it will be. I'll just have to see how it ages. I don't have a title, but I have some characters, a world, a few races, and hints of a plot. Wish me luck.6

I'm gonna go work off my sword. It's worth it.
