Those two book series were amazing. They ended well, I'll add because I know I was complaining about them before, though people died, which is both sad and yet realistic in an action story. I'm hoping for another series along the lines of Percy Jackson, although the next trilogy by the Mortal Instruments author is apparently a prequel and I could do without the hassle. So I've spent all the money I can for the summer on books, and now I have to focus on life in the world of working people.1
I got a job at a local zoo, which was cool. I'm enjoying myself, but now I have to quit my old job and I'm too ashamed to do so. Oh well. I still can't afford to get into a new series, but if anyone has any suggestions? I think I'm going to go check out some novels in my novel reviewing group, after I finish another chapter of Callie, which I haven't actually worked on in awhile. Yes, that is what I'll do, and then I'll actually talk to my best friend for the first time in a week and a half (because of the books mentioned above and the new job) and I'll force her to get off her butt and onto the computer to review my freaking book. It is a task she is bound by friendship to accomplish. Grr.

Meg Cabot is freaking hilarious. I picked up "Size 12 Is Not Fat" last night, because I've already read "Size 14 Isn't Fat Either", which is the second of three books, and I loved that so much that I went straight to Borders after work and picked up the third. I don't know how much I like reading books out of orderon Jun 30 11:01 PM, 200 words. → Make first comment?

Warning! Spoilers for Percy Jackson and the Olympians and the Mortal Instruments Trilogy (and apparently, Shadow is forced to add halfway into her journal writing, her own novel Becoming Calypso. Don't know if that's allowed, technically. Hmm) 1 Bored, not wanting to do anything in particular.on Jun 15 11:37 PM, 1,100 words. → Make first comment?
