I read an article about this custody battle these two parents were having over their daughter who they had named "Talula-Does-The-Hula." And she was so ashamed of her name that she hadn't even told her best friends what her real name was and she just told everyone her name was Kay. The judge was enraged and demanded that they get her name changed before he decided who gets the kid xD I also read about a couple in new zealand who named their baby boy Superman O.o -

Those are some pretty awful names! Talula-Does-The-Hula? Is that even legal? Talk about diehard fandom with Superman. There was a teacher at my school whose daughter's middle name was Elbereth because he loved LOTR so much. (His name was Mr. Ringer, incidentally.
