Well... I'm a bit rubbish at these things but here goes.

I'm Geoff, just an ordinary (haha) guy from Wales, UK and obviously I'm on this site because I like to write.

I have always, from an early age, enjoyed writing short stories and now am looking to grow as a writer and improve my techniques. I am a huge lover of reading have 2 bookcases and stacks on the desk lol. I am currently planning a novel so any feedback on my style of writing would be very much appreciated.

Oh and I think I should just let you all in on another part of my life. I am homosexual or if you want to call it gay it's up to you. I am not ashamed of my sexuality, it makes me no less of a person than anyone else here. I don't really write anything to do with my sexuality, my first story Dream Sequence comes from a personal part of me and I find those types of things the hardest to write.

Well, as you are probably going to be reading my stories, I may as well let you in on a few random facts about me

My birthday is the 13th of October.
I am a Constant Reader (Anyone who reads Stephen King will understand this).
I am a Harry Potter fan woo!

    Hello Huntinger
    My Username is -ice wolf- and everyone on the site simply calls me ice or Ruby. I would like to welcome you to the StoryWrite web site. Our site is a community of people who all share a common desire to write, in some form or another, and to hopefully become a published author sometime in the future.

    You may notice a gold medal by your name. This is a free trial membership. This shows you what options you have if you were a paid member of Storywrite.com. After one week the membership expires and you become a regular member.

    I would also like to take this time to let you know about the new members group on the site. This group was set-up to show you how to post your work onto the site and to give you an understanding of how the reading/reviewing of your work actually happens on the site.
