I've been writing since I was really young. Mostly Fantasy, and Fiction but now and then I just write to get my thoughts on paper. When I was eight my dad became convinced that I'd be a famous writer. Every since then when I want something (from an ice cream to a bike) he says "Sell your first book and you can have all the (insert desired object here) you want." This is coming from a man who started writing his book almost 40 years ago and now won't sit down for the hour it would take to finish it.
But hey, I'm not complaining. I love writing. I love thinking up story ideas, and characters and new worlds. Problem is that as I'm working on one of these stories/characters/new worlds and brand new idea comes into my head I just have to write down and I usually put aside what I'm working onto write it then never go back to it.
The dumbest things inspire me too. Trips, Movies, a word or phrase, a bad day, weather, or even a book (normally with books I'm thinking 'Damn! I could write better than this shit!'). Sometimes I'll go months with no inspiration and be drained and slightly pale and very angry when an idea hits me (then I turn back into Miss Sun Shine Happy Pants). Sometiems I'll have seven ideas at a time and loose the first two, hate the next three, and write and forget about the last two.
Now between my work, and college, and family, and gym, and dog, and more work I don't have time to write. When I steal a few moments it's usually during work when I'm supposed to be doing something (like work) or at 11:00 pm when I should be in bed but I gotta finish this one sentence, and the next one, and this paragraph.
I'll try to keep posting on Story Write cause you guys give awsome feed-back (when you get a chance), and you write awsome inspirational stories. If I want to steal a scene, character, or problem I'll ask first and let you know how it goes.
Oh yeah, I've just become Cantrememberpassword, because I sign in automatically on this computer but not on my one at home. It's been so long sicne I had to sign in I've forgotten my password.
