Children's Stories

I have to write a story for my creative writing class and I'm not sure where I should go. I have one idea but I'm not to sure how to go about it. So, I wondered if you guys would be interested in writing children's stories, just so I could get the gist of them. Because I'm just like...wtf?

Rules

-No profanity. This is a children's story for crying out loud.
-Nothing adult or teen-like. Kids having make out sessions? Ew. Don't want to read it.
-Nothing too too long. Cap is at 1000 words. More than 50 at best. Don't ask me to change the word limit because I won't.

Miscellaneous

<3 No gay/lesbian type stories

<3 No bashing of religions, etc. I mean, if there's a life lesson to be learned by the bashing of these things, then go ahead. Bashing for the fun of it will not be tolerated.

<3 NO erotica. Don't want to read about kids doing It.

<3 Should hold a child's attention span...which I doubt is very big. So nothing too long. See word limit above.

<3 Poetry is allowed, but I prefer stories seeings as this what I have to write for my creative writing class. Poetry has the same word limits as stories.

<3 Happy topics preferred. Sad allowed only if it teaches a life lesson.

<3 New stories preferred, prewrites allowed in one week or less.

Will come to edit as necessary.

  • Okay well you have my attention, I am writing a few other things at the moment, but I will see what I can do. How old do you classify the 'children' as?

Age: about 4-7. The lowest is about three. Genre: Anything but horror, adult, erotica and teen-like topics.

      Hope this helps.
