This contest is for Drama/Fantasy.
Drama -This can basically include any other genre-mystery, comedy, romance and even fantasy.
Rules to keep in mind
i)Minimum-1000
Maximum-It really depends on how good your story is. Sometimes I read 20,000 word stories without at all getting bored, except for that slight reading-a-long-story-at-a-stretch feeling. However, chances are you won't draw me in at all. I really suggest entering at your own risk. And keep in mind, I won't comment right on the first view, I might take my own sweet time to finish the whole story.
ii)Vamps and werewolves in drama? Avoid that. As I said, you can use fantasy, but basically NO mythical creature should be present. I have already added a Fantasy option for that purpose. This includes the sphinx, the phoenix, the sea serpent, angels, vampires, werewolves...you get the drift. You can do all that magical realm stuff if you like. I like magical realm stuff.
iii)Gay/lesbian drama. Um, I don't hate them or anything, it's just that most homosexual stories are about coming out/mistreatment from society. It's fine, but avoid those two topics.
iv)I have noticed that just because I say I will be lenient with spelling and grammar, people enter anything. Grammar is really okay, but don't mess up your punctuation. Spelling is forgiven only if you're using long words. Note: Foreign versions of spelling will be accepted. I think the color/colour thing is overrated.
Fantasy -Once again, this can include any other genre-romance, comedy, mystery, etc.
i)No random fantasy-you know all that there was a fairy called Lucia who went distributing cookies and she died of COOKIE poisoning.
ii)Yep, vamps and werewolves can be romanticized. If you're the kind who likes writing about the original version of vampires, check out my contest 'The Three Options'
iii)No occult/horror
General Rules
i)Word Limit for Drama is the same for Fantasy. However, the minimum for fantasy is 600 words. However, just as I warned that long stories might not impress me, short stories might not impress me either. However, try not to let that daunt you-I don't want to miss out on any great stories.
ii)No fanfictions.(Anti-fanfiction-ers will rejoice at this I guess.)
iii) Please message me with your queries. Do not leave them as a form of a comment on the contest. Chances are I won't see your comment at all.
iv)When you enter this contest, you are automatically putting yourself in risk of a DQ. I know DQ's are pretty mean, but I think it's fair enough if you don't follow the rules.
v) I should not have commented on your story before. Honestly, I'm tired of repeating this. People don't listen.
vi)New stories must be at least 1000 words. I want you to put in some effort, not scribble down anything that comes to your mind.
vii)Drama and Fantasy must be the core genres. Except for romance, the other genres should not be given a lot of importance.
Message me for prompts. You can use the picture as a prompt if you like.

I may be back for this - I don't have a story that fits, and though I would ordinarily enter a reserve, I currently have two reserves I am already working on for other contests. However, I do have fantasy plot idea I wouldn't mind trying out. If I find the time, or finish the other two stories, I promise I'll come back and try to write some thing new for this contest.

Hmmm...I said to message, but luckily, I didn't forget to reply to this like I usually do. *phew*
Anyway, I'm looking forward to your entry! I can extend the contest if you want.
