An Anything Goes Type of Contest

Here are my basic rules:
1. The title pretty much says it all: you can write about anything you want, but please keep it reasonable.
2. You can swear.
3. Only prose, not poetry. I'm not that big a fan of poetry, and after all it is called STORYwrite.com, so sorry to those poetry fans.
4. You only get one shot at this: so please let you're story be the best you've got.

I also like to laugh, and if there's a story you might have a slightly better chance at winning: but hey, who knows, maybe you'll surprise me.

Also: nothing over 6000 words, OK? I haven't got alot of time to spend on the computer and want to get other stuff done. I know some of you are lenghty writers and apologise, but I can't spend all day looking at one story. I can give you a by up to 100 words above that, but otherwise I really just don't want to read it if it's too much.

So I hope you will choose to share your stories with me!

Contest is Over

  • Contest was judged on April 7
  • Rewards: Gold: 100, Silver: 5, Bronze: 1
  • Final notes:
Thank-you all for your entries, I did enjoy them. Honestly, I enjoy alot of things-but still!
Sorry for the lack of award points, but this is my first contest and I haven't been on here long.
So, this was fun to do(the contest) and I hope you weren't too impatient with me while I picked a winner.
See you all in another life. (
