You, Yourself...and Being Philosophical

So I was thinking...yes something I amazingly do quite frequently, either way, that you don't need to be some big shot author or famous person to say something that could change someone elses life. Each of us has a hint of a philosopher in us and I'm here...or at least this contest is...to find some of the most inspiring quotes from people who otherwise would have to keep all that wisdom to themselves.

Such as...

1. Inspirational Quotes-Whether it's to help someone through a tough time or to brighten up a rainy day think of something amazing.

2. Thoughts on...The Universe, Life, Love, anything out of the ordinary. Make sure it sounds semi-intelligable at least.

3. I want you to make a comparison. Between what and what. Up to you.

4. I'll probably add one...sometime...maybe...or you could just enter something that sounds like it would fit into this contest but it doesn't a have a category.

Rules...

1. Please have these quotes be your own. No Shakespeare, No whoever, just you, yourself, and your brain.
2. Have fun.
3. Jump up and down.
4. Break a leg.
4.2. From jumping up and down
5. Scream.
6. Wonder why you followed these stupid rules.
7. Come up with ingenius quote.
8. Come again!

"People are like prisms. The white beam of light goes in one end and multiple different colors come out the otherside. These are personality's, these are our different shades.

Contest is Over

  • Contest was judged on April 2
  • Rewards: Gold: 750, Silver: 550, Bronze: 200, Honorable mention: 10 people
  • Final notes:
Soooo...I make this contest. Yeah, strolling along, life is good. And then reality hits and I get pushed back in judging time. Fun stuff.
    Either way.
This was hard to judge. Seriously. So many of you have heads on your shoulders but are open to the world. It's nice to see the thinkers, dreamers, and imaginers all coming together to make the world and shape it in their image. Good job all.

Contest Winners
