I have some extra points I don't need so I figured I might hold a contest. Not too much (I hope) is going on at the moment so let's see what you've got!
Things I'm looking for:
1. Imagination
2. Realistic characters
3. Great plots
4. Imagery
A few categories (brownie points!!!):
1. Gimme gimme gimme yaoi!
2. German-based/inspired
3. Addiction
4. Abuse (related to the victim's sexuality)
More categories (not as many brownie points)
5. Abuse (not related to sexuality)
6. Vampires (better be EXTREMELY imaginative...)
7. Werewolves or other were-creature thing
Some rules:
1. Please use nice grammar!
2. Originality counts!
3. Believability is big on my list so watch yourself...
4. No more than 3000 words
5. Swearing needs to be at a minimum.
6. Only enter once.
7. You can enter anything you would like but please (and if you don't do this I'm not commenting. I might read but I minght not comment either.) put the category in the author's notes or "other" in all caps please.
8. No red or yellow text please. Or bright pink. I won't be able to read it other wise.
I can DQ any piece I would like for any reason at all. If I feel the need to do so, I will tell you my reason first. Please follow these rules and have fun!

As far as the author's notes thing goes...
I don't really like changing my AN for contests, but if you want to know what category I'm going for it's addiction/OTHER. My story is called "At the Dive Bar." Thanks! -
I Hope
I hope my entry is suitable for your contest- you said werewolf or other type thing- I put 'other' in my AN.
Lots of luck to everyone.
-
-
Everything is suitable. I just like to keep a mental note of brownie points. Which basically means I have a set perception of those genres and it's how I judge based on my personal favorites and ideas. I'm a bit biased about certain things.
-
-
Are first chapters of stories acceptable? It sort of stand on its own (you'll know what's going on,) but is definitely not standalone.
-
-
You can only enter once but if you would like to enter a chapter, that's fine. I do this sometimes just for critique. It's a good way to get some. Just do what you feel is necessary.
