The Good Ole' Times

You all have friends, don't you? now, that's a silly question of me to ask. I LIKE HOSTING CONTESTS!

I've learned that I write best after I've hung out with my friends after I haven't seen them in a while. Like I was having terrible writer's block before, and then after I saw them this past Saturday, I've been on quite a roll

So the thing I want you to do is, share with me a story about you and your friends. Like a day when you just hung out and did nothing, or you went somewhere and did something exciting.

I just have a few rules:
1. The story has to be absolutely true *You can change the names of the people if you don't want to use your name of your friends names for privacy issues*
2. Try to have more than 400 words. Stories really aren't exciting if they're any shorter
3. Try not to go over 5000 words, because after that I start to lose interest. Unless the story is REALLY good.
4. Spelling and good grammar count! When it comes to certain words, I am a grammar Nazi. I don't like doing it, but it has to be done.
5. This is all in good fun, so it doesn't have to be really flamboyant and all. I just want fun!

the reason for this contest is because I really don't have any "friends" or people that I talk to on here. I want to get to know you guys better, and you can get to know me better if you feel like it. Like, there are a couple people whom I am "friends" with on here, but I say the more people the merrier!

I DO have this open to prewrites, just in case you just happen to have a story about you and your friends already written.

So yeah, hope you have fun!
-Jill
