This seems like a pretty open contest! The problem your having is no one wants to write a new story... My suddgestion - Allow people to add prewritten stories, I myself was going to enter, but I personally don't want to write a new story...
If you did this you will get plenty of entries>trust me!
Whether you do this or not, it is up to you...
