Right now, I should be in Rhode Island getting my hair and makeup done for my last synchronized skating competition. I'm not because of the weather a few teams pulled out so my coach said it wasn't even worth going.
I was extremely nervous for this last competition, but also excited. Right now, I'm still feeling a mix of relief and disappointment. So, I want you to write about it.
Write about how my competition would have been if my team had gone.
In case you don't know, a synchronized skating team is a group of ice skaters who get a program ready (lead by their coach) and then travel to about six competitions a year.
This year was my first year of syncro and my team did pretty well though we only got one medal. At our last competition (Easterns) we came in 10 out of 20 which was pretty good considering that the girls we're competing against are twice our age..
