Define my character, pleez!

Ok, so i'm having a bit of writer's block b4 the story even start'd... i have great names, but no real plot or character, so i just want all u pplz to help make a personality for my people.

1: Ainslie James- girl, five-foot-seven, protagonist. 13 years old
2: July O' Connor- girl, five-foot-three, friend to Payton and Ainslie. 14 years old
3: Payton Williams- boy, six feet, friend to July and Ainslie. 14 yrs old
4: Ull Ashford- boy, no specifications yet, i just like the name. It means "wolf boy from the far hill" in German, so you might want to make him German.
