vampires
werewolves
witches and wizards
elves
dragons
dwarfs
anything fantasy, including characters that you may have made up. my ap friend aikoflavored made up some creatures that are pretty freaking nifty, so it would be cool to see what other people come up with.

ok, so i am still in the process of reading the entries. i have so many!!! its great. i love all of the entries so far that i have read. this is going to be a hard contest to judge. i think the more points i get, the more honorable mentions i will add, because there are so many stories that just cant go by without some sort of prize. lol. again, keep having fun!

ok... so i have a rather stupid question to ask some people on here that might answer me... i wond silver membership for a week because i got third in the most comments or something like that... and i just wanna know what you can do as a silver member... i will give the first person that answers me 15 points... not much, i know, but still, its 15 points more that you didnt have...

sorry to break some peoples hearts, but i decided that from now on i wanted more fresh writes... so, no pre writes allowed for the next couple days.

  • Final notes:
hey guys, sorry it took me so long to judge this contest. i had so many entries in here, and they were all soooo good... i just wish that i had more points to give out. i really do. i regret being able to only give out 30 honorable mentions. i was shooting for 54 so that everyone would have a trophy, but sadly i do not have enough points for that. great job everyone! these stories were AMAZING!! and congrats to the winners big time, i reccomend that people check them out. and thank you for you much needed patience. best wishes

Hi, you said we could enter up to three entries but it's only allowing one entry per person.

'Cause my internet browser doesn't like letting me edit my stories, the fantasy novels I'd suggest are: The Discworld series by Terry Pratchett.

    The stories I entered are:

    Mercenary of Racurse: Prologue.
    Outer Erf: Bit one.

Ooohhh... I've only read the first Discworld novel but I loved it. That's a good pick.

And because I forgot to add mine... Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series is good, especially "Wizard's First Rule." (in fact they just aired the first episode of the tv show based off it, Legend of the Seeker, but definitely read the book first!).

I strongly recommend them. They get better as he goes, his style settles down, and they get a lot more... complex... not in the way they read, just the amount of detail. In my opinion anyway.
