A group of us have gathered together with the intention of trying to publish a collection of stories from Storywrite. If you feel that you have a story of exceptional merit, please consider entering this contest.
If you entered the previous contests, Exceptional Stories To Be Published 1 or 2, please do not enter this one unless you feel you have a story that is better than the one you entered before. If you enter the same story, it will be removed.
This publication will be sold at cost, so there will be no royalties. You will retain all rights to your stories, however; some publishers may consider this publication the exercising of first serial rights. If you have questions, please message me.
The purpose of this publication is to give you a tangible product of your work which will also be made available to you, the general public, and members of Storyright at cost. The book will probably consist of about 500 pages in a paperback format.
Rules:
You may enter two stories.
Stories must be 4,000 words or less.
G or GP rated. Adult topics are fine, but the stories must not be restricted to adults only.
Carefully proofed.
High quality.
Entering and placing in this contest does not guarantee being published in the book.
Thanks for entering.
Andy

Hi Ary
This contest is intended for member of Serious About Reviews. To place in it, you need to be a member.
For the book, however, if you would like to have a story(s) considered for the book, send me a link and I'll have a look.
If you are interested in joing SAR, you can apply. SageSiren, the group owner, limits the number of members. For its size, it is a very active group.

Thank you!
Delighted to have received an HM in this contest ~ many thanks.
In your comment, you queried the feelings 'she' had for the chap who was knocked down in the road. The idea I was trying to portray (without slapping the reader in the face with it!
) was that even though he did not make it, in those frantic minutes she so desperately tried to save his life, she formed a special bond with him ~ he was in such extremis and yet she tried so hard. It was as though he took something of her with him.
That was what I was attempting to show, in my clumsy way, anyhoooo....
