This contest is pretty simple. When you joined SW, it was because you wanted people to read your stories, poems, or songs, right? But in order for people to read your work, you also have to read theirs in return. It's only fair.
So, I want you to show me that you have been reading other people's work, and that you're showing encouragement in some way by being kind enough to leave a comment when you read something that you enjoyed.
Here's the basic rules:
1.) Go around and read other people's work, and enter the best comment you leave another member.
2.) There's absolutely no word limit, but I'd like to see at least a paragraph. Tell the person what you felt when you read their work. Please don't say "yeah, I liked it." Tell them why you liked it. Or at least how you liked it. That sort of thing.
3.) I'd prefer that the comment was about something you liked, but if there was something you disliked, or thought the person could improve on, that's fine too. Just please say it gently. We're all working to help each other out here, not to knock each other down.
That's about it. Please have fun, and show your support for the people around you. After all, that's what we're all doing here. Have fun!
