Believable supernatural!

Alright, for my third contest I want something supernatural.
-Ghosts
-Vampires
-Werewolves
-Demons
-Monsters that go bump in the night.
Whatever kind of supernatural beings you can think of, you welcome to write about. Yes there is a catch. You can just write a bunch of random crap, that confuses me to the point of no return. It has to be believable. Make me fear that the monsters under my bed are real. Make me stay awake at night trembling over noises I hear.

*R*U*L*E*S*
1. Has to be believable.
2. Word limit of 5000 words. (I have a life =])
3. No erotica!

***I would feel veeeeeery happy if you decided to go and comment one of my stories.
