It all began on the fateful day when Lori was meant to be doing her homework. Instead, and as per usual, she was distracted by the dazzling soda, who was eager to give away her points!
The two then began to muse, and in doing so, came up with this fabulous and breathtaking contest!
So, it was then that this was created!
Your task?
Wait for it...
To create a story which depicts the most exciting and/or weirdest thing that has happened to you during your whole entire life!
We want suspense! We want adventure! We want crazy unbelievable twists! We demand to have your story circling our minds after being read! We want you to capture our attention, and have it from beginning to end!
We want PERFECTION!
Yes, exciting isn't it?
Now for everyone's favourite part of the contest:
THE RULES!
1. NoNe Of ThIs, it will cause us to go crazy and burn our computers, therefore the contest will never be judged! HAH!
2. You MUST comment on at least 5 other pieces! This is compulsory, as we will be looking at this when we judge the contest. Make sure you do this, or you will not win.
3. We want detail! We want perfect character descriptions! We want to feel as though we are there, in your shoes, feeling everything you feel! Touching everything you touch! Make it REAL!
4. Spelling, grammar and punctuation also to be done to perfection! This is a MUST! Anything otherwise will not be tolerated! So please, EDIT YOUR WORK!
5. Creativity! Be creative! Use your imagination! Exaggerate! We want excitement! (wow, we sure want alot don't we?)
6. 5000 words max! Remember, you are writing a short story, and a short story is just that! SHORT! Make it captivating!
And last but not least;
HAVE FUN!
