Your Reasons To Live

This is my first contest, so bare with me.

I want you to give me the top ten reasons why you live. I was inspired by someone on another site that asked this of the site to help her realize why she should live. I once had reason to question why I live, but I am now happy and know my reasons. I hope maybe this contest can help others find reason to live.

So I would like you to give me your top ten. I want you to list them for me but in more than a few words. Explain to me why you love these things so much. Try hard to think of ten good ones too. I want originality, I don't want the generic my family, my friends. Though you can include those, just give me good reasons and some other good ones.

Nothing more than 2000 words... if you can write that much. But I want more than 250, which means about 25 words for each option. I will be adding more points as I get them. Also, it matters on the quality of the entries. I do want proper grammar and no "txt tlk." You know, the normal stuff.

Here’s my top ten. Though I’m not going to give my explanations. I actually have a better top ten but it needs explanations for a few, and I’m lazy. So here’s the cliffs notes version.
1.) Writing.
2.) The hope of being famous.
3.) My friends.
4.) My family.
5.) Theatre and Acting.
6.) I like being me!
7.) I want to have kids someday.
8.) I want to explore the world.
9.) I want to find true love.
10.) The simple things in life, natural highs.

So give me yours. I want you to make me cry! Make me laugh! Make me feel what you feel when you think of these things. Just for kicks, in your authors notes give me the top reason why you would stop living. Oh, and no prewrites. I doubt you have your top ten reasons to live in a prewrite. But if you do, message me, I may reconsider.

It ends August 27th because I'm going to India that day. So I will judge on that day if possible. I don't want a looming contest to judge during two weeks of intensive Hindi leading up to three plus months living in a foreign country.

So yeah, I think I've talked enough. Get writing!!!

    Thank you so much everyone who entered my contest. It was a great experience for my first contest. Sorry I took so long to judge.
    Everyone's entries were so amazing. It was very challenging to pick the finalists.
    Some were funny and made me laugh, while others made me cry. The ones I chose made the best impression on me. Whether that be tears or laughter.
    Everyone inspired me to write my own top ten reasons which I recently published here on story write.
    I hope I created some interesting thoughts in your heads and maybe even helped someone who was struggling with life, as I was all to recently ago.

    I hope I dont offend people by my ten reasons alone of why I live, even if most of them is either messed up or just funny

    Its a prewrite here just because I'm putting it on the site to send you a link to it. I get out of school western time at 3, so as soon as I get home I'll check here and either submit it or yea . I'm on western time, I thought I'd submit it this morning cause I didn't expect you to get my messages so soon.
