Alright, you guys...in honor of Independence Day coming up this Friday, I thought I'd hold a very quick contest, open only until then.

It's actually quite easy: all you have you do is write me a quick little scene. Ideas include a kiss, a fight, a death...it doesn't matter. Run with it.

*Keep it under two hundred words. NO MINIMUM WORD COUNT.
*Good grammar is a must.
*No adult categories. If it belongs in an adult category, don't submit it. That means no erotica .
*Gay, lesbian, bi...that's all fine.
*There's only four days...so please don't save a place. I want to have this judged on time.

Suggestions :
*I'm in the mood to read something happy. Just saying.
*Try to limit the swearing. I don't want to see *bunny* every other word.
*Since there's only ten entries allowed, it'd be nice for you to comment on other entries.

    It's finally over!

    I know, I know. You people have probably long forgotten about this contest because it's taken me so long to judge...and for that, I am terribly sorry!

    I've had an extremely busy summer, as you can tell, and it's been really hard to find time for me to read stories, let alone judge an entire contest.

    In the end, I'm still glad I made this contest. All the entries were amazing, and I'm not just saying that! They were beautiful.
