The Girl Next Door

D'esole, I've not been on much lately.

So another contest is in order to get me back into the swing of things!

Now. First, rules:

No adult categories. Please, and thank you.

Word limit...10,000 words. S'il vous plait, et merci.

Uhm...I know, I know. A lot of us are kids and stuff, but please, spelling and grammer IS important. If you absolutely can't spell check, then make sure you do your best and re-read and edit.

Options! [Because that's so incredibly original of me >.<]

A story about the girl/boy next door. A ROMANCE one would rock, like, you know, falling in love with the girl next door? But any others with the boy/girl next door is okay, too.

An exactly 50 word entry with imagery and feeling. I had this as a prompt once. It's hard, but you can get some amazing stuff out of this.

A one sentence entry that hits me hard. I don't know how many times I've had this, but I still always get amazing results.

And how could I not have this option? Something about summer.

PM me with an option about music, and you can do it. I'll PM you back a song.

OR the mystery option! If you want to enter but absolutely deteste [with a firey passion burning from the flames of hell] the rest of the options, then just PM me! ♥ I'll give you a different one.

So that's about all...Oh yeah. Or a good story about twins. Always.

Thanks everyone! Hope to see your amazing entries!

Contest is Over

  • Contest was judged on July 16, 2008
  • Rewards: Gold: 200, Silver: 100, Bronze: 50
  • Final notes:
    Okay.

If you made finalists, congradulations. You were the best of the best.

If you didn't, read my comment again. I loved every entry.

If you got gold, silver, or bronze: Wow. You're extraordinary, and just what I wanted. Congrads.

This is the first contest I think I've ever had without HMs and stuff. Yay us!

    Great work, to everyone.

    Really.

    xoxo
