love, dreams, wishes, and kisses ♥

I decided that it's time for another contest. Because it is. So I'm going to have one.

Alright, I'm having four options in here: Love, Dreams, Wishes, and Kisses. You can just do one, or you can mash some together. Just be sure to TELL ME WHICH ONES YOU USED IN YOUR AUTHOR'S NOTES.

Here are the options in detail:

[1] Love

*Write me a love story, anything you want, just NO EROTICA. ANYTHING is fine- gay, lesbian, straight, whatever you want! I'm open to anything.

[2] Dreams

*Write a story based on a dream you've had.
*Or make your character inside your dream, just make sure we know she "wakes up" at the end. (If you want to know what I'm looking for, you can read my story...it's called, like, "Just a July Dream" or something)


[3] Wishes

*Your biggest wish? Your deepest desire? Your innermst secret? Tell me.
*One thing, or person, you could've had? Wish you could've had? Tell me.

[4] Kisses

*Write me the best first kiss scene ever.
*The best place to kiss- outside in the rain? After your softball game? Describe it to me.
*Kissing your best friend. Your ex's brother. Your sister's boyfriend. Your best friend's sister. Tell me everything.

***RULES***
1. Put the option(s) (Love, Dreams, Wishes, Kisses) you chose in your author's notes.
2. If you would, introduce yourself in the author's notes.
3. No erotica.
4. Gay, lesbian, straight...it doesn't matter. I don't care who you love. Love is love. So just write.
5. Keep it under 2000 words.
6. Poetry's okay- but I'd rather read a story. But yeah, poetry's fine. (Brownie points to you if you can rhyme it- but I also love reading beautiful free verse)
7. Proper grammar/spelling, you guys!

    Wow! I had like a gazillion entires, you guys! Thanks for letting me read all your amazing work. In the end I narrowed it down to five winners: "devil in a midnight mass" won the gold, "Hazel Hair Boy" won silver, "6136" got the bronze, and "Every Rose Has Its Thorns" and "Those Days Long Gone" won HM (no particular order for the HM).

    It was certainly a hard contest to judge: you all wrote/entered amazing pieces, and it was very hard to decide the winners! In the end, I am satisfied with who I picked, definitely.

    So, congratulations to the winners! GREAT JOB! And keep writing!
