My most recent contest is failing miserably so I decided that it was probably because my idea was rather boring or the points weren't that great.
...So I am making a contest where one must choose ONE THING (i.e. an object, a person, a song, a time, a place etc. that is dark, mystical, magickal and so on) and just write about it. It can be anything in any genre. For example, a time that you may choose to write about could perhaps be the Salem Witch Trials.
It does not have to be a factual piece of writing.
The great thing about this contest is that only 15 entries will be allowed to enter and each person will win something.
If you reserve a spot in this contest you will be DQ'd.
The only real rules are that it can be NO LONGER than 2000 words by the StoryWrite counter.
It CAN be poetry.
I don't care what it is about, however, it MUST be dark or mysterious... I am looking for magickal things like witches, sorcerers, dragons etc. I will consider vampires but it must be really good.
BDSM, gay, erotica etc. are all permitted.
Prewrites are allowed.
One entry per person.

Hey ya, Iv entered a fanfic. You didnt say that was allowed but it is about a dark arch mage so I assumed it would be ok, you did say it didnt have to be factual. If its not I will remove it. Its just that there arent many placed for this contest so I thought Id get in there before all the places are taken. I hope you read it even if you want me to take it out of the contest, by the sounds of things its what you would like.
