Ok, so I was starting to write poetry when I came up with this wonderful idea for a contest. Here is how it goes,
You gather up All of your poems that you have every written, and put them into a kind of book. You can put as many poems as you want.(this is why your not allowed to enter more then once) I'll be judging by taking 1/3 of your your poems and judge by that.
I'll choose which ones I think are best to judge. Unless you put a
by the title of the poem that you want me to judge. Easy enough? Well now on to the rules.
Points will be docked for everyone that is disobeyed.
RULES:
1: I must clearly see the start and end of poems.
2: The title must be in all CAPS
3: Spelling and grammatical errors must be kept to a minimum.
4: The over all title for contest must be something along the lines of 'My Book Of Poems'.
5: Poems must not exceed over 100 lines.
6: Do not catagorize under Adult, I can't read it.
7: Tell me your age and when you first started writing poems. (This way I know you read the rules)
If you have any questions please contact me. I'll try to return with an answer A.S.A.P. I'll post an example of how I want the book to be setup shortly. If you have any suggestions please let me know. I'll update if I find anything else. Otherwise I hope you have fun doing this.

wow, you'll have lots of reading to do! good luck with your contest...

I've got quuuueeesssstiooonnnns

1. So we enter ONCE with all our poems in one entry?
2. When you say poems must not exceed 100 lines, did you mean altogether or for each individual poem? [stupid question, I know, but I just want to be safe].
3. Oh dear, I've run out of questions...ehh...I'll go now
-
I'll enter, except it wont be all my peoms, I've writen at least near five hundred, and most are in the trash can, or destroyed for their don't-want-mom-to-see (avoid another visit to the shrink) content. But I'll scratch togher everything I can and enter, when I finish my homework.

So, if we are to include every poem we have ever posted on here, what happens if that ends up as about 4800 lines because we have 48 poems that are about 100 lines? (you get the idea.) should we just include about ten or so of the best of those poems or include all of them?
