Absolutely Deep, Dark and Disturbing

Welcome to the 'Absolutely Deep, Dark and Disturbing' Contest!

 

I am looking for stories that have all three elements - they MUST be deep, dark AND disturbing. In particular from the genres of horror/macabre, thriller/chiller, adult/erotica, psychological/mind play, murder/serial killer and darkly demented fantasy. Your story must fit as many of these categories as possible.

However - I do want stories that are original. They must also disturb me - a very hard thing to do. I want to see stories that broach taboo subjects, I want to see extreme evilness. You will have, in the past, received at least one comment on your story saying that it is 'wrong', 'disgusting', 'disturbing', or 'evil'. To give you an idea of the very least of what is expected, please read my story; "Twisted".

Your story must be gritty, gory, perverted. BUT it must also be well written, creative and realistic.

Disturbed by the image above? GOOD . That's how I want to feel after I read your stories.

I DO NOT want to see standard gothic/vampire/emo pieces. If you are going to have suicide themes - at least have the character kill/main other people as well.

 

RULES

[1] No happiness, cute animals, fluff, joy, etc. Spare me the romance, but give me erotica.

[2] Suicide only if it occurs after events that are deep, dark and disturbing.

[3] At least one murder/maiming within the story.

[4] Graphic language allowed, but not over-the-top swearing.

[5] If you are writing a story for this, make sure you rate it appropriately - an 'Adult' category.

[6] Proper spelling, punctuation and grammer is required. Please do not give me a headache. Sticky caps are also a good way to get DQ

[7] This is an adult contest only.

[8] New stories encouraged, but not required.

[9] NO poetry, or stories less than 200 words.

I will DQ stories that do not follow the rules.

 

Think you are up to the challenge?

Points will rise depending on the quantity and quality of entries. If I see some good stuff the points will be upped accordingly. Potentially, Gold will be worth up to 300, Silver up to 200, and Bronze up to 100. I give good points people.

      No - as it is judged on content, it wouldn't want to be too short. As for length, I am not bothered - as long as it holds my interest for the entire length.

    Question...can it be some what of a fan-story? I mean, the characters are very original and such but I mean like can it be placed in a well-known area like...umm...Silent Hill for instance?

      I will allow fanfics as long as they conform with the rules - ie must be deep, dark and disturbing.
      Fanfics must also have a dislaimer added to the top of the story to identify it as such.
