You are more likely to get in the preliminary finalists if you categorize your story in my favorite genres - Fantasy or Romance or Humor or Both.
Try to dig into your senses and your heart and put tons of detail and romance!

You have some grammatical errors in your contest summery. Second paragraph, "Fantasy or Romance or Humor or Both"-- both should be something along the lines of "all of them."
Second, rule four "than" should be "then." -

It does matter. If you don't have a mastery of the English language, then you should hold a contest in Spanish instead.
You see contests all the time that say "Use good grammar and spelling," but the contest is so riddled with errors it contradicts itself.
And anyway, two errors--that's all I saw. And you're jumping down my case? I wasn't trying to be rude, just helpful. I've seen much worse.
