I'm allowing prewrites, but if you submit utter garbage I will throw you out of my contest as long as that is within my powers as a peon user. Please only submit something that you care about.

How, you ask, can you win my contest? Look, I don't have time for these details. It's going to be arbitrary, ok? I'm going to decide the winner based on my hormone levels at the time that I judge the contest. It is *not* going to be fair. Not at all.

Why should you care? Because I'm important, and you want my approval. You didn't realize that? Well, now you know. You desperately need my approval for self-validation.
