Have you written a story that gave chills to all that read it? Or, have you written something that had an important meaning? Or, perhaps, you have written something that just mind-boggled all who read it?
If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then this is the right place for you!
This contest is very simple. I have only a few rules that must be abided by; and quite frankly, I think its common sense.
1. No complete romance. All erotic scenes are excepted but there has to be some horror, or mystifying twist to it.
2. No flamming others. You must be courteous to one another.
3. No 'happy-go-lucky' stories. These are the tales from the darkside, not the hundred acre woods from Winnie the Pooh!
4. All stories at any length are welcome. I only ask that you submit only one
And, thats it. Simple isnt it?

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on March 7, 2008
- Rewards: Gold: 100, Silver: 50, Bronze: 25, Honorable mention: 6 people
- Final notes: This was truly an awesome contest! There were so many excellent stories with such great plots that it was hard to choose. But, of course, I must determine who was the closest to my theme.
So, with that said, here they are! Great Job to all the winners of this contest and I hope that all of you continue writing!!

I wrote a BDSM story, and quite a few of the people who've read it said to me that they couldn't finish reading it because it was so horrifying =o Does that count?
-
-
If its horrifying, then definitely! =)
-
-
I don't usually do horror-dark, though I do Gothic-romance-dark... Is that all right?
Hint: There's LOTS of blood involved

-
-
If it has a wierd or horror-like twist to it, then yea, it definitely works!
-
-
I have to say, it's more sad-dark than horrific-dark... But I can give you that too
-

-
Thank You!
Thanks so very much for the silver trophy and points. I appreciate them. I'm glad that you had a good contest. Thanks for hosting.
