A story without characters is like a song with no lyrics so they say... But some instrumentals are extremely good, no matter what genre, metal, punk, techno.
So what I’m asking from you, the keen writer, is to write me a story or even a poem with no characters in it. Animals are fine, like a bird flying over head and all that, but the instant they talk and intimately interact with one another, the become characters. The story or poem can NOT be written from the point of view of the person, through their eyes and such.
hmm, now about word limit... 300 words. NO MORE THAN 300 WORDS!
if it isn't written down here saying you can't do it then you can do it, but please just message me first, better to be safe then sorry.
Likewise, if you think i have been to harsh with the rules let me know and tell me what you think should be changed and i will consider.
So if you can make me a story with no characters and stay in the constraints then you might just get 200 point landing in your back pocket.

This contest is SO cool! I wish I could manage to write something. But my mind can't come up with anything.. I love music where the lyrics play a very big role. I like instumental as well, don't get me wrong. It's just that the lyrics is mostly what speaks to me.
