Turn this picture into a short story.

OK here's the deal: You message me the phrase 'Relish of Poland' and the option you've chosen and I'll send you a picture. You must write a short story about said picture in under 1200 words. Here are the rules:

1. NO TyPiNg LiKe ThIs
2. Don't Capitalize Every Word (excepting the title, of course)
3. I'm lenient on language, although I don't want every other word to be a four-letter one.
4. If fanfiction, please identify.

Yes, you have options. The picture will be one of the following...
a - Cityscape
b - Marine scene (boating, fishing, marina, etc.)
c - Car movie screenshot (you probably will not have seen it, it doesn't have to follow the plot anyway)

-Additional requirements-
Option A: Name some landmarks.
Option B: The main character lives in Miami.
Option C: The car talks. (I'm a Knight Rider fan, hint)

It can lead up to the given scene, start at the given scene, or describe the given scene.
